Bolero Carrot Seed

Roots are medium-length (7–8″), uniform, thick, somewhat tapering, and blunt. Fresh and after long-term storage, this fruit has a juicy texture and a sweet, complex flavor. This is an excellent choice for harvesting in the fall and winter. For better field-holding and mechanized harvesting, tops are aggressive, quick, and healthy. Alternaria blight and powdery mildew resistance is high, but cavity spot, bacterial blight, and Cercospora blight resistance is moderate. Nantes is a heavyweight. Pelleting that complies with the NOP is also available. 250,400 seeds per pound on average
